Splinter Meeting Request
Side meetings on non-commercial purposes organized by participants during the course of the conference can reserve two successive time blocks in so-called splinter meeting rooms (SM) free of charge. Commercial meetings (e.g. editorial board meetings) can book these rooms for €200 for smaller enterprises (up to 10 full time employees), or €400 for larger enterprises (above 10 full time employees) per time block. In any case, all splinter meeting participants need a conference registration. The rooms are equipped with a data projector (beamer).
Please note that splinter meeting rooms are not available for session extensions or for Poster Summaries & Discussion (PSD). Conveners can request a PSD room in their Session Organizing Tool SOII from 21 – 24 January 2013.

For separate meetings outside the congress centre rooms of various sizes are available in the near-by hotels (e.g. NH Danube City or Arcotel Kaiserwasser). Renting fees has to be borne by the splinter meeting organizer(s).
Please study the Splinter Meeting Overview first before reservation. Your request will be handled by Copernicus Meetings on a first come - first served basis. Only splinter meetings booked until 04 March 2013 will appear in the Information & Schedule Book. Your Splinter Meeting will be scheduled in the next few days and will then automatically be shown in the Splinter Meeting Programme. You will be contacted by us in case any problems arise.
